Founded in 2017, Markham & George has experienced rapid and sustained growth, underpinned by exceptional technical knowledge and delivery capability. The partnership combines over three decades of housebuilding expertise alongside nearly four decades of experience in highly complex earthworks, remediation, and commercial ground engineering. The breadth of our in-house knowledge is unparalleled and enables us to operate seamlessly across the land procurement, planning and construction lifecycle, delivering complex schemes to the highest standards and within the most demanding programmes.

Residential Development
Our residential housing is delivered by Campbell Buchanan Fine Homes, a wholly owned group company. Created in 1994, it has been in continuous operation for over 32 years. During that time Campbell Buchanan has delivered, or facilitated the delivery of, thousands of homes between London, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Leicestershire. What is fundamental to all the homes we have delivered is that they have all had quality at the heart of their design, execution, and fittings. As far as we are concerned, quality is standard, not an option.
